Among those recognized is Jim Kriner, Plant Manager, who has dedicated 49 years to the company. Beginning his career as a driver, Kriner has held numerous roles over the years, including Glass Plant Manager and Driver Manager. Today, he oversees purchasing, rental, and maintenance of truck and trailer equipment across PSI locations. His extensive operational knowledge, adaptability, and problem-solving approach continue to support reliable service and efficient operations.
Jim Shipley, a Designer based in Connellsville, has contributed 39 years of service to PSI. Throughout his tenure, Shipley has collaborated closely with sales, vendors, customer service, and production teams to develop effective packaging solutions. His ability to translate customer needs into practical designs has helped build long-lasting client relationships and deliver consistent results.
Mike Kidd, Chief Financial Officer, has been a steady and reliable presence for 37 years. Having served as both Controller and CFO, Kidd has played a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. His work has enabled PSI to sustain growth while strengthening internal collaboration and operational stability.
Ray Scadden, Corporate Plant Manager, brings 29 years of experience and a career that reflects growth from within the organization. Starting on the production floor, Scadden now oversees operations across PSI’s manufacturing facilities. He serves as a critical link between departments, using his deep knowledge of equipment, processes, and customer needs to train team members and drive operational improvements.
Todd Ireland, Vice President of Sales in Connellsville, has spent 25 years advancing PSI’s sales strategy and customer relationships. In his leadership role, Ireland focuses on driving growth, improving customer acquisition and retention, and mentoring sales professionals. His contributions have helped transform PSI into one of the largest independent packaging manufacturers and distributors in the Eastern United States.
